Somerset, located in the sunny Florida along the West Coast of the USA. Yes it's your typical beach bum society everywhere you look you see bronzed skin, jeeps and girls wearing very close to nothing. But behind it's beauty and even beautiful people Somerset isn't the plastic perfection it's all made out to be.
Everyone in Somerset seems pleasant on the outside but thats just their exterior, scratch the surface of them and you will find complex people with drama filled lives none more so then the teens of Somerset.
Sure most of them get everything their little hearts desire. All the designer clothes you could want until your hearts content but money isn't everything and these kids tragically and slowly realise this during Highschool. Your bestfriend just hooked up with your boyfriend, but she's your bestfriend? So what life's tough you deal with it. Your mother been chucked into rehab while your dad sleeps around with his secretary - well your mom was sleeping with the gardener so it's even right?
And that shifty guy that hangs at the local store just offered you a bag of coke - you take it right? After all this is Somerset and having a messed up life is the norm so why don't you just follow suit and become your own disaster living life to the extreme with no regard for the consequences. Your part of the drama filled majority now live it up this is Somerset anything goes.
Alcohol, sex, drugs and parties this is Somerset and that's just how it goes.
